Pricing Questions
What happens with multiple sales or purchases?
Our service quotes are built around the number of closings and number of exchanging taxpayers involved. Multiple sales/purchases typically incur an extra fee, but not always.
Contact UsHow do you collect your fee?
1031X assesses service fees as deductible costs of closing when you settle on your relinquished property. You do not pay us directly. If you would like to make other arrangements, please let us know in advance.
What happens if I change my mind about doing an exchange?
We don’t get paid unless you close on your relinquished property as part of a 1031 exchange. No upfront costs. Once your sale closes, the fee is non-refundable.
